The path to the front door is confusing!!! Providing clearer signage would enhance the guest experience. An improved coffee replenishment system would also be appreciated. It's disappointing to run out after a long day!!!

the hotel's location was peaceful, near to airport and entre campos metro as well as a lovely park. i found there a great selection of restaurants to eat, like a camponesa lda that is only 5 minutes' walk away. in love with modern and spacious rooms with comfortable bed. netflix, coffee, and a kettle turned out to be good.

Had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay also during the night. The room we had was huge and new-fashioned with kitchen and the bedroom, as example. Appreciated lovely design.

While the decor is nice and the rooms are adequate, it's utterly unacceptable that I had to ask for basic tourist information! There was noise from planes that spoiled any chance of relaxation. I expected something special for my 'troubles,' but apparently, I'm just another guest here. Almost was like a good review, but just couldn't!

I stayed for 4 nights while attending a convention at the Biblioteca Nacional. The room was great-spacious and well-decorated. I loved the location. It was just a short trip to several attractions like Parc Eduardo VII and the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum. Even with the minor drawback of needing more coffee replenishment in the room, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and lovely wooden floors. The shower was a treat, offering both a rainfall head and a handheld option for a refreshing start to my day.
Some noise from overhead planes.

Staying with friends killed it! The location is awesome, right by public transport and a pretty park. We visited Parque das Nacoes Marina, and it was a highlight. Internet access made it easy to plan our days.
The room was a bit humid, and towels took a while to dry at night.

would love to go back
Our room was beautiful with a comfy bed, private bathroom, and even a chimney. The decor was a stylish mix of traditional and modern. Loved the large shower with quality hardware. Plus, super clean linens and towels. Parking was great for our car trips to nearby attractions.
